Hey Doh - Silky Soy Sauce

A smoother, more delicate soy sauce made from whole black soybeans, brewed for complexity.

HEYDOH does things differently: whole, single-origin black soybeans that are naturally higher in protein and richer in antioxidants. Brewed twice—first in salt water, then in soy sauce—it develops a rounder, more layered texture you won’t get from conventional soy sauces.

Expect notes of toasted grain, dashi, and a soft caramel finish, with a subtle sweetness that comes from a touch of cane sugar.

Designed for drizzling, dipping, and finishing—where its velvety texture and lower sodium (about 50% less than conventional soy sauces!) can really shine.
